• DESCRIPTION: The Sámi Cultural Centre by the Juutuanjoki River houses premises for the Finnish Sámi Parliament as well as a municipal library and facilities for research and education on the Sámi tradition and culture. The gently sloping character of the roof and the wooden structure connect the building to the scenery of Northern Lapland and northern building tradition.
