• LOCATION: Helsinki, Finland
• DESCRIPTION: HOAS Brysselinkatu comprises 55 student apartments and the adjacent shared facilities. The apartments range from small one room flats to family apartments and two-storey apartments with three bedrooms and a shared kitchen. The apartments are given an individual feel by applying unique colors on the courtyard facade and the staircase walls. The color scheme was developed together with an artist as a part of the art project of the Toukoranta area.
